About me image
Welcome
I’m Ruxandra Neacșu, and I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support is often the first step toward healing, balance, and reconnecting with yourself. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming — whether you are struggling with relationships, family dynamics, parenting challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from who you are.
My goal is to offer you a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard.

I believe that meaningful change begins through the therapeutic relationship. When you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and authentic, healing can begin naturally. Together, we will gently explore the deeper layers of your emotional world, helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your inner resources, and create healthier relationships — both with others and with yourself.

My approach is compassionate, relational, and centered around emotional balance, self-discovery, and emotional awareness. I work with individuals, couples, parents, and young adults who are seeking clarity, healing, healthier relationships, and personal growth.

Alongside individual counseling and psychotherapy-oriented work, I also offer two structured psychological insight programs:
KNOW YOURSELF
A guided self-discovery and psychological insight experience designed to help individuals better understand their emotional patterns, relational dynamics, stress responses, strengths, and inner psychological world through assessment, reflection, and guided interpretation.
KNOW ME
A relational psychological insight experience created for couples, parents and adolescents, or family members seeking healthier communication, emotional understanding, and deeper relational awareness.
Both programs are designed as reflective, non-clinical experiences focused on emotional growth, self-awareness, and healthier ways of relating — to yourself and to the people who matter most to you.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. I am currently training in Systemic Family and Couple Therapy at the Gamma Institute.

I am also an accredited Personal Development and Parenting Counselor, certified by the Multicultural Association of Psychology and Psychotherapy, and a member of the Romanian College of Psychologists and the Romanian Psychologists Association.
What inspires me most in my work is witnessing the transformation that happens when people reconnect with themselves and discover new ways of relating, healing, and growing.
If you feel ready to begin this journey, I invite you to take the first step.

Together, we can create meaningful and lasting change.

Forgiveness is not linear

Forgiveness is not linear
